How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@numeralcrypt.com with the subject Numeral Crypt account deletion.
2. Where possible, send the request from the same email address connected to your Numeral Crypt account.
3. We may ask for a minimal verification step if needed to confirm that the account belongs to you.

What is deleted

Once the request is verified, we will delete the Numeral Crypt account and personal data associated with that account from our active systems, including cloud gameplay progress and account-linked virtual reward data, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Guest data

If you played only as a guest and never connected a recoverable account, some progress may exist only on the device or browser. Clearing the app/browser data removes that local-only information.

If you are unsure which account is connected, contact support@numeralcrypt.com and describe the device and sign-in method you used. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or other secrets.
