1. Information we process
You can start playing Numeral Crypt without creating a permanent account. If you choose to connect or recover an account, we may process your email address, an internal account identifier and authentication information supplied by the sign-in provider.
To operate the game we may store gameplay information such as puzzle progress, completed puzzles, assist usage, scores, virtual coin balance, transaction records and related timestamps.
Our hosting, authentication, email and advertising providers may also process technical information needed to deliver, secure and measure their services. Depending on your device, region and consent choices, this can include IP address, device information, app activity, diagnostic data and advertising identifiers.
2. Why we use information
- to provide and save game progress;
- to authenticate and recover player accounts;
- to synchronise progress across supported devices;
- to operate virtual rewards and prevent duplicate rewards or abuse;
- to provide support and respond to account requests;
- to maintain security, reliability and service performance;
- to show and measure advertising where enabled and permitted.
3. Service providers
Numeral Crypt uses third-party infrastructure to operate the service. Current providers include Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Vercel for web hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Google services such as AdMob for mobile advertising and consent management.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
Account and cloud gameplay data are generally retained while your account remains active. Some security, fraud-prevention, support or operational records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required.
5. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Numeral Crypt account and its associated personal data. Instructions are available on the dedicated account-deletion page.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Numeral Crypt changes. The current version and its update date will always be published at this URL.
