When a Drop does not work
Needle currently works with supported public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links.
A source can fail if the post is private, deleted, restricted, requires a login, or the source platform temporarily blocks retrieval. Try another public link first. If the problem persists, include the platform, the public URL if you are comfortable sharing it, and a screenshot of the error.
Needle Pro and purchases
Needle Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. If an existing purchase is not recognised, use Restore Purchases on the Needle Pro screen before contacting support.
Recent Drops and privacy
Needle uses an anonymous installation identifier for free usage, subscription access and synced Recent Drops. If you want to request deletion of backend history associated with your installation, email support with the subject Needle privacy request. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials or social-media login details.
